In response to the complaint filed by Jeffrey [redacted] Upon review of the account, it appears that the consumer requested validation of the debt on 9/13/we requested statement from the provider of service [redacted] , and we mailed to the consumer on 9/17/On 9/26/we received a inquiry from [redacted] that the consumer claims not his bill The dispute was generated from the consumer A consumer can electronically request a dispute be removed if no longer disputed However, since we are not sure if he has done that or not, we requested the dispute be removed as of todays date We are unsure how long it takes the reporting bureaus to update.The bill remains due and owing and should be reporting as an open collection per our reporting status.If there are any other questions please feel free to contact usSue [redacted] VP of OperationsCreditors Collection Bureau, Inc
