importance.Creditsafe does acknowledge that a sales rep had tried to contact after [redacted] initially requested that we do not call. Appropriate action has been taken with the individual sales person. I have personally tried to contact [redacted] to personally apologise and assure his that this would not happen again, only to be told by [redacted] to "[redacted] Off".Rather than remove this record from our CRM system which could lead to further calls. I have personally removed the telephone number and marked the record not to be called.
