I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this response but am dropping any further action.  I have received the chairs but not near within the time frame that they stated.  They were not a custom order because it was exactly like one of the display models they had on the floor.  I am satisfied with the chairs but completely dissatisfied with the service they provided.  No further action is needed by the Revdex.com but would like for the complaint to stay on file.  Thank you for your service.  I am sure that your inquiry made the chairs deliver faster than intended by the store.
