Review: I purchased a gift card for my sister for Creed Boutique valued at $270.63. There is no expiration date, nor contract of terms with any restrictions. When I tried to redeem it for her (she lives in NC now), I was told that they have a different distributor and they cannot honor the gift card now. The store salesman was very nice and agreed with me but said his boss, [redacted], is the person would makes the decisions. [redacted] was very rude and uncooperative on the phone (March *). As a consumer, distribution issues should not undermine my gift card which again, has NO restrictions on it nor expiration date.I stopped into the store in October, November and emailed the company in December with no response. I have the original gift card.Desired Settlement: I would like to redeem the value of my gift card to purchase a perfume of my choice, for my sister, as is my right since there is no expiration date on the gift card.
