Simply put, the worst car buying experience I have ever hadI traveled hours to look into a car posted on CraigslistGreat pictures on the website and internetThe owner and his co-worker seemed like trustworthy, down-to-earth, honorable peopleUnfortunately they sold me an extensively rusted carThey knew this and went out of their way to hide itTen days after purchasing the vehicle (Toyota 4Runner) the car started leaking gas due to the rustWhile the car was being repaired I was able to see the extent of the rust - to the exhaust system, braking system, frame and bodyPrior to listing the vehicle, the dealer had the underneath of the vehicle covered with a thick, black paintBlack patches and paint were put into the wheel wells to hide the rustingTo the dealers credit, he did pay for the gas leak repair and for the week long rentalBUT I now own a car that will always have issues associated with the rustingThe value of the vehicle is far below advertisedUltimately the effort that went into disguising the rust and unrepairable issues is incredibly deceptiveUnder no circumstances would I do business with this dealer againWhat seemed like an honest, fair deal was the oppositeThis is why used car dealers have a bad reputation

My experience with Creed Enterprises was awesomeZane C [redacted] has a good eye for great vehicles and offers them at fair pricesHe was great to work with during negotiations and was prompt responding initially and through out the whole experienceAfter the purchase of my perfect vehicle, his follow up to check on everything and to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase was very much appreciatedCreed Enterprises was easy to find using GPS and the lot and business office were new, clean and offered a friendly atmosphere with helpful associatesI give the whole experience stars!

Ive been in the automotive business for over 15yrs so very picky about my personal transactions ...found a toy I have been searching for multiple years..found one that Creed Enterprises had in stockThey represented the car in full and agreed easily on price and was driving it the next dayEnjoyed working with their team and wouldn't hesitate to do further business with themThanks guys!

Bought a Toyota Tacoma for my son, Zane and his dad were great to deal with. Truck was just as they said it was, no lies, gimmicks, or deceat. Seemed like 2 great guys. When I go to buy another car or truck I will definitely give them a call. Clean cars and trucks. My son is happy and I am jealous.

Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2000 Toyota 4Runner for $16,000 from my dealership via [redacted] on Feb 9th. Mr. [redacted] then sent a non-refundable $500 deposit as requested via [redacted]. The following afternoon he...

calls me and says his financial institution will only allow him $12,XXX  for said vehicle, he then states he would not be able to come up with the remainder to finalize purchase of the vehicle. I then state to him that would be no problem and we could accept his request to forgo the transaction. Mr. [redacted] did not comply with my terms of sale by sending an offer and not having said funds in place to go through with the transaction. My listing clearly states All Deposits are non-refundable. It also states "have any and all funds in place before bidding or submitting an offer". It cost's $90 per initial listing, then $90 per re-listing. I have invested $180 into the listing and missed multiple sell opportunities and invested my time into this matter due to the fact Mr. [redacted] didn't have funds in place. Mr. [redacted]'s claim that the listing is misleading due to vehicle location, and this is the reason he could not complete the transaction is completely frivolous and and invalid.  My listing clearly states under contact info our physical address is [redacted], Mount Airy, NC.  Mr. [redacted] even went to the extent to open an [redacted] case against me,  and due to substantiating evidence against his claim, the case was ultimately decided in my favor and the deposit was to be kept by my company . I bought a 2006 4Runner from Creed Enterprises and could not be happier with the service that was provided to me. First, they keep really nice used vehicles. They are the go-to place to find used cars, especially Toyotas. The transaction was smooth; Z[redacted] worked with me on price that could work for both of us. All paperwork for service he done to the vehicle was provided, and he even replaced a windshield for me before I would purchase the truck. Great place to auto shop.

AMAZING business ! They were so wonderful to my boyfriend and I! Told them we were ready to buy but could not make it for a few days, they were so awesome they held the car for me & waited for us to drive 5 1/2 hours from virginia beach a few days later to buy! I loved how honest they were, answering all my questions while I was in virginia beach and taking pictures of certain parts of the car that I wanted to look at before driving . And they weren't making it up, their cars are seriously in prestine condition and they DO NOT hide anything from you!! The paperwork was done perfectly , and I loved that we were not rushed into anything . such an amazing amazing facility and well worth the long drive there and back. I had been looking for a 4runner for a few weeks and every dealership around virginia beach tried to scam or overly ask prices for dented and ruined vehicles. Deff would recommend this place to anyone ! I have a few coworkers who are taking a peek at their inventory as we speak! Will keep this place first in mind when it comes to ever needing a car again!

Review: I found a car for sale by Creed Enterprises LLC online. The ad stated the vehicle was located in Boone, NC. I liked the car and agreed to purchase it online. However, later I discovered the vehicle was not located in Boone, but in Mt. Airy NC.Desired Settlement: I paid a $500 deposit. I will settle for a $250 dollar refund to resolve this issue

Just like the previous comment, I too ran into the same situation. Based on the ad Creed posted for a car, I put a $500 deposit down until I could drive from Columbia SC to Mt Airy. (from the time I sent the deposit to the time I drove it it was 3 days). The car did not run well and the underneath was coated in a new black undercoating hiding any rust or corrosion issues. I noticed that the inside of the rims were pitted from salt and the seller admitted that it was from the north and that his detail shop did put the black sealer under the car. When I no longer wanted the car, he said that I would have to forfeit the $500 deposit. I have submitted a complaint with the NC Attorney General trying to get my deposit back. I don't hold out much hope. They have since sold the car - I feel bad for the purchaser but I still don't get my deposit back. What a racket. They probably make more money off of non-returned deposits than they do off of car sales.
