Review: Although Dr. [redacted] has treated my skin problems in a satisfactory manner, his billing department appears to make improper collection demands. I am 73 years old and covered under Medicare part A and B together with Anthem Blue Cross. They have had all the appropriate information for billing purposes. They billed me on 8-9-12 for $100.00 copay and indicated $1,372 for insurance. On X-XX-XX They billed me $50 co-pay and indicated $644.00 for insurance. On 1-4-13 they billed me $249 as past due. Beginning with the first billing I contacted their office and their billing department on various occasions and wrote a detailed letter dated October 5, 2012. I have contacted my Anthem Blue Cross insurance and have been informed that they have never been billed. I also verified the fact that I have no co-pay. I have searched my records for the last two years and have found no evidence of a submission to Medicare of a bill for service. How can I resolve this matter? Thank you for your assistance.

I would like them to simply properly bill Medicare and subsequently Anthem Blue Cross. I owe no money to this medical practice and would like to see this resolved.
