KinderCare's policy is you have to pay month in full. I took my kids out of KinderCare in mid-January with consent of director that I "did not need to give notice- as long as I told her before the next billing cycle". I pulled my children 1/10. To date I have not been refunded. I'm a single mother that is struggling and over 1,000 dollars is too much to be waiting around. I have called corporate, I have called the center. I'm tired of the run around.

We understand the importance of quick resolutions, and we never intended to cause you any undue stress. We absolutely understand that our center may not have been the right fit for your family, and we do hope you have found, or will find, childcare you are more comfortable with soon! I looked into your account today, and I am seeing that you have been refunded a total of $933.62. The first refund was processed on 2/3/20 for a total of $291.42. The second refund was processed on 3/26/20 for a total of $642.20. You should have already received the first refund and should receive the second soon, if you haven't already.
