Creek View Apartments

There's black mold in the building. Old pipes that the landlord (cheaply) replaces (if she does, and they end up breaking or leaking all over again).Too many leaks and apartment floodings. The landlord doesn't keep the building up to par. She will listen to your complaints but will not do anything about it. She painted over everything, not cleaning first. I wish someone would come here and see that it's not a healthy place to live.
