I have received your letter and reviewed it carefully. Quoted fee does not include taxThere were no found conditions as stated by the guest. Housekeeping service is only provided Monday through Thursday for long term guest. Spoke with
housekeeping and laundry and there were no towels found that did not belong to the motel. Unable to pay or replace missing personal towels. Thank you

I was charged for a service I did not get.  I did not stay in the room after doing a walk though.  It is not a REFUND for a service I received, but a cancellation of a charge that should not exist.    All there was was a NO REFUND on the sheet I signed for credit card charges.  This was done before I saw the room/lock, as is typical at all hotels.  My concerns are not groundless.  The hotel provided me nothing for my money, since I did not stay there.  They are out nothing.  The hotel does not have/did not notify me of a cancellation policy.

The guests concerns are unsubstantiated.  Guest was accommodated in concerns in regards to the particular room.  Locks are in working condition and no safety issues are perceived.  Thank you.
