This is an unacceptable resolutionIn fact, this was the original resolution offered by this company, Auto Care Super Saver, and the entire reason why I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, because it's unacceptable to me that I am expected to accept vouchers for a service that isn't even offered in the state that I live inAnd no, I'm not willing to give these to people who live in states that "might" have companies participating in this promotionI want a full refund of the money that I paid originallyFor Auto Care Super Saver to state that they can't issue a full refund is absolutely not trueI have worked in customer service for many, many years and in the name of customer service a business does whatever it needs to do to make sure the customer is satisfiedThey can always choose to issue a full refund if they want toThere is nothing stopping them from doing thatWhy should there be a time limit of months on issuing a refund when the vouchers themselves were valid for an entire year? I can't help that the vouchers stopped being accepted or months into the time period that I purchased the vouchersI shouldn't be penalized because I didn't use the vouchers within the first months after purchasing themThrough no fault of my own, every auto shop that accepted these vouchers in Minnesota pulled out of the promotion prior to my vouchers expiring rendering my vouchers 100% useless! Auto Care Super Saver needs to stand behind their product in good faithSince I have unexpired vouchers that I can no longer use in the state of Minnesota, then I should be issued a full refund for the sets of vouchers that I purchased in good faithThe entire reason I purchased these vouchers was because we live on a very tight budget and I'm trying to save money wherever possibleThe resolution offered to me is basically throwing away $Not acceptableI KNOW Auto Care Super Saver is capable of doing the right thing in the name of excellent customer service
