Creekside Inn

Review: The Inn refused to allow us to check in Friday, August 15th. Our reservation for this stay was made around April 15th, 2013 on Priceline.Com. We have stayed within the last 18 months, 3 times at the Inn because it is Pet Friendly. I had never for those stays called the Inn to inform them we were bringing pets and never was questioned about our pets upon arrival. No where on the Priceline.Com site for Creekside Inn is conveyed guests must notify the Inn if they have pets. Obviously, had we known when making our reservation 4 months ahead we would have gladly contacted the Inn especially in light of the reason we wanted to stay - Annual Family Reunion involving 15 to 35 family members for the last 10 years. The Inn has failed to keep their booking representatives updated which is the sole reason for this unfortunate circumstance. I want the Inn to reverse the 120 dollar charge made to my Visa: we did not cancel, but were refused a stay and of course, missed the reunion as well.
