Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have many pictures proving that things I got charged for that were in fact cleaned and was exBathroom, stove, refrigerator, and cabinets [redacted] even checked the stove on the initial inspection and didn't mark anything down she refused to do an inspection on my move out date and during the initial inspection there was still many boxes and furniture in the apartment Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to the letter dated October 5th regarding the security deposit.All charges are in accordance to the security deposit guidelines that are set forth by the state.Resident was given the option to an initial inspection two weeks prior to move out.On 8/25/I left on apartment door the move out paperwork for you to fill out the form “resident option to request an initial inspection” I also sent an email the same day, since I did not hear from the residents, I posted a hour notice to enter 9/13/Tuesday and [redacted] came to my office on 9/14/to ask me to come to the apartment at 9:30am on 9/15/Thursday which I did with maintenanceMy office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-1:00pm as disclosed to all residentsBest regards, [redacted] Creekside Apartments [redacted]

In regards to complaint # *** the move out procedures were done in accordance to state law. We have pictures and documentation to prove that the charges are true and correct. Thank you, *** ***
