Review: Roof was damaged by a hail storm. This company put off work for after cashing down payment despite telling us they were planning on coming to do the work. Many things were done wrong: nail holes from tearing off of old ridge vent left completely exposed on roof, drip edge was installed by nailing it on through top of shingles, when addressed about this issue they removed the nails and left the holes open. The insurance said to replace the shingles as they applied the ridge vent but they didn't. The workers made the roof worse than the hail damage, and makes us think they had no idea what they were doing. We had to go up and fill all the holes with tar. We've had work done on our house before and we never had workers act so disrespectful and careless.Desired Settlement: We need to find someone who will actually do the job they are supposed to do, and we want the insurance down payment back from this company. We do not want them to touch our roof anymore. The work is still only half done after them being here four different days when we were told it was a one day job.
