Sent: Wednesday, December 07, 4:AMSubject: Complaint # [redacted] I apologize but I was away on vacation when the response from Creekside Trading was received in my e-mail as well as this second response stating that the claim was answered and Revdex.com has not heard from consumerI am pleased that MsG [redacted] is willing to rectify this situation and will refund the cost of the T-shirt ($t-shirt plus tax) as well as the cost of the return shipping envelopes ($12.90) for a total of $I would like to know how and when I will receive this refundIf you could please advise I would appreciate itThank You -- [redacted]

I was unaware that this customer had called the store. I am a small seasonal business only open May-Septwith seasonal
employees. The phones are put on number hold to save on costs in the winter when we are closed. Unfortunately, the
t-shirt
mentioned is sold out and is not going to be reordered. Our return policy is clearly posted in all our store locations
But since I cannot exchange this t-shirt I will refund the full purchase price and the postage for the return envelope

On June , as a Holland American Cruise port stop I was in Ketchikan, AKI stopped at Creekside Trading Cowhere I purchased (2) T-shirts by Artist *** *** featuring an embroidered Eagle & the Salmon design with, Ketchikan, AK, underneath, (1) for my husband & (1) for my sonWhen I returned home (1) shirt did not fit & I have been trying unsuccessfully to exchange it ever sinceFirst I called the store & the person that I spoke with told me they do not carry this T-shirtI was certain I had made my purchase there as I used NO CASH & only (1) credit card on the trip & the ONLY purchases I made in Ketchikan were at Creekside ($53.14) & Eagle's Nest Gifts ($8.52) Contacted the manufacturer, *** *** ***I was told by them that the ONLY place in Ketchikan, AK they supply AND that carries that particular T-shirt is Creekside Trading CompanyI then tried repeatedly & unsuccessf
