This place is a price gouging, poor excuse of a business that won't respond to emails but phone number is only to collect $$$Excuse for fees were mishandling of funds yet it appears even under new ownership, funds are being mishandled Expecting an additional $by 12/and another $by 3/in addition to maintenance fee! Disgraceful! Avoid at all costs!

Review: We sold our time share unit at [redacted] in August 2010 to eValley. All applicable fees had been paid. Deed of conveyance stated that we would not be responsible for "annual maintenance fees which are either due now or which shall become due at some later date."

In December 2012 we received a bill for $550 for 2011 maintenance fees from SPM Resorts. a financial management company contracted by [redacted]. Our position that we are not responsible for these fees since we were no longer owners at that time (conveyed by fax, telephone, and letter) has hardly been addressed and has not resulted in resolution of the issue. SPM/[redacted] continues to send errant billing statements, which threaten leins, collection agencies, and legal judgments should we not comply.Desired Settlement: Written recognition that we do not owe these fees; threatening letters discontinued.
