I am rejecting this response because:I have a proof of the damage and violations against me along with the pictures and my primary Doctor's opinionI have a proof of emails that I send to the medical spa seeking a resolution with no replyI was polite every time I went there and tried to speak to him directly, the staff were rude to me and tried to get me out of the office without any solutionsI didn't threaten the office at allDuring my visits to the office they didn't mention calling the police or sign of any chaotic situationsI was very civilized approaching this matter and these are all accusationsDr[redacted] didn't provide a care he said he would and I'm not happy about the service or the pain he has caused me

This letter is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] ***She initially came to my office in February 2015, as a med-spa client, she bought a laser hair removal package consisting of eight treatments of which she has used sixUpon purchasing the package she signed an informed consent which specifically states that the laser being used may cause redness and blistering to the treatment areaOn 09/09/she was treated with the laser for hair removal by Anni Price, RN, license # [redacted] , who was an independent contractor with my practice at the timeShe returned to my office on 09/12/where I saw her as a medical patient, it was noted she had 2nd degree burns to the perirectal and vaginal areaThe patient was provided with a prescription for an oral steroid and topical cream to treat her symptoms.Ms [redacted] requested a full refund, she was told that I would look into the matter and get back to herWhile I was investigating the number and type of treatments she had, she came to my office demanding to see me while I was treating other patientsShe was rude to my staff and told them that she refused to leave the office until she spoke to meMy staff had to threaten to call the police to get her to leave the office as she was causing a scene in front of my other patientsShe then informed my staff that she worked at a local pharmacy and that my prescription would soon start "disappearing" if she was not refunded her moneyI felt an obligation to my patients to call Rite Aid, whom she listed on her intake forms as her employer, and inform them of the illegal activity she was threateningPrior to her above noted actions I was willing to work with her and refund the unused visitsHowever, she started threatening to illegally dispose of my patient's prescriptions in addition to calling my office multiple times a day to harass my staffShe then reported this matter to the Revdex.comI feel that this complaint is not about her medical care as much as it about her trying to damage my reputation and extort money from me.Sincerely, [redacted] , DOOwner Creekside Medical Spa
