Customer purchased the vehicle with no warranty expressed or implied from Creekview Automotive LLC due to the mileage of the vehicle Customer purchased a [redacted] aftermarket warranty coverage as part of financing the vehicle in order to have protection when the vehicle did need repairs When vehicle had an issue with the motor several months after purchase we contacted her warranty company to start the process of getting the repair performed on the vehicle They instructed us to have the owner of the vehicle authorize us to take the motor out and take it apart to the point of failure We did as the customer asked and when [redacted] warranty companies representative showed up to verify what was wrong with the vehicle they saw a hand written US Mail sign hung in the rear window They refused to cover the repair because they sold the vehicle to a individual not a company and as such does not cover commercial use of personal vehicles. We worked with the customer to try to get the warranty company to cover the repair explaining why the sign was in the window and that she did not use the vehicle for business unless there was a problem with her vehicle In the end they still wouldn't fix the vehicle but they did refund her purchase of the warranty Due to the nature of the refund the money went back to the finance company and changed the terms of her loan preventing her from using the money to fix the vehicle With the motor torn half apart and the customer being required to pay for repair of the vehicle we tried to help We assembled the motor with a used short block to try to save the customer money We even allowed the customer to do payments on the final bill, a bill that is still outstanding on the vehicle Motor was put in @ 154,miles We pulled the motor ourself from a self serve parts yard that only provides a day part only warranty Customer was instructed to change the oil every miles Customer returned approximately miles later complaining that her oil was low having never changed the oil in that time Prior to this report to the Revdex.com customer called here and said there was an issue with her vehicle Customer demanded we go get the vehicle from where it was We informed the customer we do not provide a towing service and asked her to have it towed here for us to see what is going on with the vehicle Due to the customer having an outstanding balance for pervious work performed of over $1,we were eager to see what the problem is Since then we have not heard anything from the customer until we received this notification from the Revdex.com

Customer purchased the vehicle with no warranty expressed or implied from Creekview Automotive LLC due to the mileage of the vehicle.  Customer purchased a [redacted] aftermarket warranty coverage as part of financing the vehicle in order to have protection when the vehicle did need repairs. ...

When vehicle had an issue with the motor several months after purchase we contacted her warranty company to start the process of getting the repair performed on the vehicle.  They instructed us to have the owner of the vehicle authorize us to take the motor out and take it apart to the point of failure.  We did as the customer asked and when [redacted] warranty companies representative showed up to verify what was wrong with the vehicle they saw a hand written US Mail sign hung in the rear window.  They refused to cover the repair because they sold the vehicle to a individual not a company and as such does not cover commercial use of personal vehicles. We worked with the customer to try to get the warranty company to cover the repair explaining why the sign was in the window and that she did not use the vehicle for business unless there was a problem with her normal vehicle.  In the end they still wouldn't fix the vehicle but they did refund her purchase of the warranty.  Due to the nature of the refund the money went back to the finance company and changed the terms of her loan preventing her from using the money to fix the vehicle.  With the motor torn half apart and the customer being required to pay for repair of the vehicle we tried to help.  We assembled the motor with a used short block to try to save the customer money.  We even allowed the customer to do payments on the final bill, a bill that is still outstanding on the vehicle.  Motor was put in @ 154,367 miles.  We pulled the motor ourself from a self serve parts yard that only provides a 30 day part only warranty.  Customer was instructed to change the oil every 3000 miles.  Customer returned approximately 5000 miles later complaining that her oil was low having never changed the oil in that time.
Prior to this report to the Revdex.com customer called here and said there was an issue with her vehicle.  Customer demanded we go get the vehicle from where it was.  We informed the customer we do not provide a towing service and asked her to have it towed here for us to see what is going on with the vehicle.  Due to the customer having an outstanding balance for pervious work performed of over $1,500 we were eager to see what the problem is.  Since then we have not heard anything from the customer until we received this notification from the Revdex.com.
