The tenant called in the work order and it was entered in the system on July 18, It was not printed and given to the maintenance techs until the 19th due to them being assigned out for the day already The techs did not get to the work order on the 19th so it was not completed that
day She did call in on Friday for a status update asking when it would be done My Office Maintenance Supervisor called the Field Supervisor check on the work order and discovered that the work order had been misplaced We did not have anyone to go out there at that time, so that is when the Office Supervisor explained what happened to the tenant and apologized to the tenant and explained to her that it would be Monday, but she did not answer She called back and when we explained to her what happened and when it would be fixed she hung up She does have hot water, she is just not able to use the shower, so that part of the statement is incorrect She is correct in the fact that my crew lost the work order and did not get to it until today I confirmed with the Field Supervisor today that they had the work order and it would be completed

As I stated in this rejection, I wrote into the application that I was only apply "pending owner approval for $rent amount AND finished maintenance requests." I specifically wrote this down in front of the employee accepting my application and told her not to process it until I found out if the owner accepted my requests As he did not, my application should never have been processed. Additionally, Creel stated they resolved an eviction on my record That eviction was a report from another apartment that I called and had them fix myself since I was never evicted. I still maintain that Creel should not have processed my application, and should refund the fee since I didn't give final approval to run it as I wasn't notified the owner hadn't accepted my requests

Ms***, After researching this issue, I found that the tenants did call in several work orders about the sewer. The owner approved for us to send out a plumber and we did each time. Per the tenant the sewer backed up in his front yard and around the front porch Nowhere does
it mention anything about being in the house. Between numerous wipes being pulled from the line, to the tenant parking over sewer lines, to there being a break in the line all contributed to the different work orders. Creel Investments notified the owner for each one of the work orders and obtained their approval on what if any repairs they wanted us to complete or which licensed technician they wanted to go out to the property. We can only repair what the owner gives us approval on. He also states that the owner was his neighbor and that if he knew what was going on he would be upsetIn my opinion that is not a legitimate statement given the fact he states the sewer backed up all over the yard several times. There is no way that any neighbor would not be aware of the situation given the extent to which he states the problem was. I am rejecting this response because:As I stated before, I wrote (You can see it on the 2nd page of the uploaded document) into the application that I wanted to have an agreement for repairs to be made before the application was processed.  I also told this to the employee taking my money, and she agreed.  It is not my fault if she went against their protocol in that way. Of course they couldn't process my deposit because the owner did not agree to my request that I'd written on the application BEFORE signing it.  The employees did their job as they tried to find me a place, but did not do their job in misrepresenting the truth to me about how the processed worked at this company.  In that, they did not go above and beyond at all.  I still feel this company misrepresented themselves and took my $35 despite my requests to wait for full information before processing my application.

Ms. [redacted], Ms. [redacted] did come into the office around the end of August/beginning of September and ask for her $35 dollar application fee back.  To which I did tell her it was non-refundable.  She signed the application giving her full permission to run her application, therefore, my...

girls ran her app.  At that time she also paid a full deposit on the property, that she is claiming she was not sure she even wanted.   By Ms. [redacted]’s own admission the girls in my office went above and beyond trying to help her find a property.  They contacted several owners negotiating several items on her behalf.  They also resolved a prior eviction that she had on her record.  However, we were unsuccessful in finding a property for her that fit her criteria. Shortly thereafter she found another property to rent that was not listed with our company.   She was given her deposit back in full, even though our policy is that we do not refund security deposits once an applicant is approved.  In my opinion, my staff provided her with exceptional customer service and  did everything possible to help her out.  I have also attached her rental application to disprove the fact that she states she wrote not to process her application, even though she signed the application giving us the permission to do so.  I respectfully decline  in giving her the application fee back.  Please let me know if you need anything further.  [redacted]
