I purchased a vehicle almost a year ago from Creel and have had nothing but transmission and engine issuesI understand it's an "as is" sale, but feel they sold me a complete lemonOn top.of all of that I am exactly one week late on my.payment and they have repossessed the car! I depend on my vehicle for work and to raise my kids and the people their I try and deal with have not been so nice, to say the leastUnfortunately I had an accident which was very minor a few months ago and feel they have repossessed my car stemming from the fact they want me to release the insurance check for the repairsAccording to Progressive and Florida statute inhave years to make repairsUnfortunately I don't have the $deductible at the time to make the repairs immediatelyIt was a minor fender bender with minimal damgeI call and speak to them in numerous occasions, leave messages when I'm unable to speak with them directlyI really feel this repo was uncalled for especially knowing I always make my payments and for a week late?!!! Not sure if there is anything you can do but now I can't even work being I don't have a vehicle, I am a single mother trying to make ends meet and raising my 2/ girls with no other assistanceNow they want an additional $300/+ the payment to get this crap car backBut I'm desperate and don't know where else to turn?
Most people that are mad will go online and complain about a company. I am here to praise. Creel Motors has been awesome and professional since I bought my 2006 Dodge Stratus in Oct, 2014! Their team is professional, caring and honest. My car, I love it! Drives great, will have paid it off on June of 2016, FAST!!! Everything works great :)
I bought a 2000 Lincoln at Creel Moters. I have had a few miner problems but was able to fix myself. I would defiantly go back to them if I had to.Monica is a very kind person. She is in charge of collection. If you are going to be late on a payment like I was numerous of times just let her no and she would work with you. Very good people. Not your typical buy here pay here.
