I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]When I went down to [redacted] to bring my car, Keith the owner of [redacted] did tell me he wasn't working on my car, that Eric was. The insurance company and I was under the assumption that [redacted] was working on my car, tis the reason the check and ein number was under [redacted]. Eric never mentioned one time that he worked for the house of customs till they messed up my car. If Eric had his own business then the check should have been under his business name and the ein. I was told that he worked at [redacted]. As with my insurance company. [redacted] has numerous stories that I cashed the check and etc and I did not. Keith from [redacted] did. My car was worked on at [redacted]. They did not do the job that they were paid to do. I want the money back to have my car done right. I am getting an estimate today of everything that was not fixed and what they messed up. They were doing something shady to put [redacted] as the company that worked on my car if there claiming that [redacted] did not work on my  car. They ruined my inside by having a party in it. I brought my car down to them the next day after I picked it up to show them all that was messed up. I have all the text to prove my claim. I have all the pictures to prove my claim. Eric stated that the business where I brought my car to had done us both dirty. They did not resolve this issue cause [redacted] is stating false statements and I want the money return for there mistake. Everything is still messed up on my car, they chose not to call geico to relieve more money to fix the problems. They ghetto my car up and took the money. They burned my seat cover, drank and smoke in my car. My car still leans and is so messed up
