This place should be avoided completely. They have cheap prices but you get exactly what you pay for. The charge for things that FTC would not allow and they will argue with you about it. For example death certificates; the [redacted] charges $20 per copy and they charge $25 per copy saying that they are merchandise. Those are a third party item and should not be marked up. They are rude and not interested in the well being of the family. It is strictly a business for them.
