Cremation society did my fathers cremation they handled every thing in a very professional matter I was extremely pleased I would refer them and use them again

The Cremation Society of New Mexico cremated my brother and then tried to obtain Death Certificates for his girlfriend who was not married to my brother nor a legal family memberWe purchased Death Certificates from them as we are immediate family, but his girlfriend is not legally allowed this document thru themThe Cremation Society told us they had taken her order for Death Certificates, accepted her payment and ordered them for herAfter verifying with the New Mexico Department of Health that she was not legally allowed these documents, we contacted them again to reiterate our concerns The employees at the Cremation Society of NM were horribly rude and refused multiple times to even look into itThey told us this is what they always did and they were going to mail them to her when they received them no matter what the Law saidOnly after my family contacted the New Mexico Department of Health and the New Mexico State Registrar, did they cancel and reverse their order of the Death Certificates for her
