I am rejecting this response because:
The original estimated repair time was 3-weeksI will keep this complaint issue open until after the truck is successfully repaired and all costs associated with the repair have been documented.

*** *** came in on 9/29/with his vehicleHe had complaints of radio problems, tire light problem, and exhaust tick when engine coldWe performed diagnostics on radio, which was working properly at the time, and could find no issuesRadio software was up to date and there was no service
bulletins addressing this issueAs this was past the warranty time/mileage , he was charged a diagnostic fee for as the testingWhen the diagnostic checks were performed on the TPMS system, # sensor was not sending a signalDuring the testing procedures, the sensor was reset and started working and warning light went awaySystem started working properlyAgain, it was beyond the warranty time/mileage limits and he was charged a fee for repairsDuring the check for exhaust noise when cold, the engine was warm and no noise was evident at that timeOwner was advised that vehicle would need to be cold to properly diagnosis the concernOwner called back, stating that TPMS light had returned and exhaust noise was still presentOwner stated he was moving out of state and wanted a loaner vehicle to continue movingOwner was informed that a loaner/rental could not be provided for going out of stateWe told them we would be happy to look at vehicle again, but it would be a while before we could get it back in the shopOwner was told vehicle was drivable and that they could take it to a local dealer to have it checked once their move was completedThe basic warranty , which covers the radio and TPMS system, is years or 36,miles, whichever comes firstThis warranty had expiredThe exhaust system warranty, depending on the failure, is 3/or covered under the powertrain warranty, which is years or miles, whichever comes firstSo depending on the exhaust system problem, it may or may not be coveredWe are very sorry that *** *** has had more problems, but feel that we did everything possible at the time to take care of himCharges were only for diagnostics that were not covered under the terms of his warranty.
