I hired a contractor named [redacted]. for my basement development as a first time home owner which my developer referred to me but he has abandoned the project. My last conversation with him was all about the continuation of unfinished business [redacted] And to find out that all permits were not taken for my basement which he promised that he would do it all as part of the project. I cant contact him anymore because he is not responding to my message through text and phone call.. The project is supposedly done 2 months ago as what he promised and based on the contract.Desired SettlementI just want him to finish the job as soon as possible or a refund for breach of contact.
