We met with the plumber, the property manager and spoke to the resident who filled the complaint a final time on the phone to get everyone's side of the story one more timeDISPOSAL: The plumber re-stated the disposal did stop because of bent coins and a chewed up plaster
car, the plumber stated the gal who let him in to do the repairs said well "you'll have that with kids" after he told her what was in the disposal TOILET: The plumber stated he found a piece of hard plastic that was logged in the bottom of the toilet and was not able to remove it till he removed the toilet and broke the bottom of the toilet to expose the foreign object Our records show the tenant has lived in the property for over two years, with all of the information gathered our ruling stands and the tenants claim has been denied
