Our Service Team placed several glue traps in her home and they have removed them when resident stated there was a mouse on them and we checked on her about every other day as wellResident did not want traps in her home due to dogs
We have sealed up all holes in the apartment, had an outside contractor also seal the gap underneath the kitchen counter and bathroom counter
We have offered to transfer the resident to another apartment on site with no fees and we have offered to let her out of her lease with no penalties or notice
