It looks like this complaint is registered towards Recon Auto. The name of my business is Crescent Auto Repair. They are two entirely different companies with entirely different owners. The name change happened because the owner of Recon Auto...
passed away on May 22nd of 2014 and due to the nature of the business, of course the phone numbers were kept the same (that's not an argument to make [redacted]'s case for a refund or justification of a refund.) I'm not sure why [redacted] would make assumptions, instead of calling and asking questions? The same thought process applies to the whole "reviews" accusation. How on this earth can she make a claim like that? I mean seriously. I would like any complaint against Crescent Auto Repair to be removed immediately, as my shop didn't invcice the work. However, even though it is legally not the same business, I any willing to discuss a solution to make [redacted] happy, because I view that as important.
