First of all let me say that I was out of the country on Holiday since July 6th only returning to my officetoday to respond to this customer's complaint about my business
Yes the car was purchased on 2/24/At no time did I or my staff yell at Mr*** and his phone callswere not ignored
I do
not understand the claim of being well in his daysALL our cars are sold AS IS and Mr ***signed an AS IS documentation indicating he knew and understood this policy, as this is the industrystandard In the used car businessMr *** waited over two months before questioning his purchaseprice and equipment
Our policy is to allow all customers to check out the car before they purchase them as did this customer.We do not provide jacks and spares to the carslf the car comes with one, we do not tare them out.We do not check to see if the jack or spare are the right ones for the cars, we simply leave them in thecar if they came with the carWe are not required to provide spares or jacks when we resell the cars
All our customers have the opportunity to check with the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) for pricingl check KBBtoday and the Suggested Retail Value for this model and millage is at $for our zip code97402.This seems to be a reasonable difference in the price of the car when purchased as it has been over fivemonths and car values differ slightly over timeHowever, it is the right of any owner to put a price thatthey want for a car or anything else for sale as the value of something is in the *** of the owner andthat of the purchaserThere is absolutely no way did we as a company, price this car over $of itsvalue as its reflected in the current KBB report
