August 2, 2016We received the complaint filed with the Revdex.com on July 15, My apologies for the delay in respondingWe wrote the complainant directly (copy attached), but wish to respond to you as well.We received the customer's first payment on 6/1/2016, days past the due dateWe did not receive his 6/10/and tried to reach him throughout June, through the date that we ultimately repossessed his vehicle, but he did not return any of our callsWe were able to deliver a message to him, via a door knock, on 7/9/2016, but still did not receive a callOn 7/14/2016, his account was over days past due with no communication from the borrowerPennsylvania law permits repossession when an account is days past dueWe determined that this step was necessary and his vehicle was repossessed on 7/15/The repossession was legal in Pennsylvania, and the fees associated with that repossession were legitimate as wellWe regret that the customer was inconvenienced and that he incurred fees and lost time on the job due to this repossessionAll of that could have been avoided if the customer had simply returned one of our callsIt is very unfortunate that his payment, sent via mail, was received one day after the vehicle was repossessed.The delay in his vehicle redemption was due to some delays in obtaining all of the insurance and future payment paperwork needed to approve your vehicle redemption.It looks like everything is in order on his account nowHe received his vehicle on 7/21/and the account is currentWe are hopeful that his experience will improve, now that the account is set to auto-debit monthlyThere should be no further issues with mail delivery delays and I believe that he will communicate with us in the future.Thank you,Jennifer C.Complaints Officer

due date. We did not receive his 6/10/2016 and tried to reach him throughout June, through the date that we ultimately repossessed his vehicle, but he did not return any of our calls. We were able to deliver a message to him, via a door knock, on 7/9/2016, but still did not receive a call. On 7/14/2016, his account was over 30 days past due with no communication from the borrower. Pennsylvania law permits repossession when an account is 30 days past due. We determined that this step was necessary and his vehicle was repossessed on 7/15/2016. The repossession was legal in Pennsylvania, and the fees associated with that repossession were legitimate as well. We regret that the customer was inconvenienced and that he incurred fees and lost time on the job due to this repossession. All of that could have been avoided if the customer had simply returned one of our calls.
