Crescent Bar Recreation Area Campground

As of the date of this response, the customer had been refunded 50% of his campground fee. I've included the Campground Polices and Rules that are included as General Terms and Conditions and customers are required the acknowledge at the time of reservation that state the online convenience
fee is non-refundable. The customer spoke to a campground staffer but never pursed it via email or phone to speak with the campground manager. He references myself, Susan L*** as the person of contact, however I have never spoken with him. To resolve the complaint we are issuing a refund of $6.16.
