Jim Burke had two Dodge Grand Caravans advertised on the internet for $eachWent to Jim Burke last Friday to see them and they had left according to the sales associate Matthew FranklinNegotiated a bottom line sales price of $for the van at least that is the figure that was shown to me by the salesman and I verbally agreed toThe salesman then asked how many months I would like to finance the van and showed me three selections which I thought was based on the previous agreed figure of $and I chose monthsAfter signing all the paperwork and getting home with a calculator I noticed after going through the numbers that they had added $back into the price of the van which was $higher than the advertised internet priceCalled the dealership and asked to speak with the owner and his personal assistant returned my call and was very rude and argumentative and told me I did not know simple mathShe said in fact that the dealership had charged me only $for the van was is $less than my paperwork shows that they charged me Go figure that one out! Jim Burke is very deceptive on how they work the numbers and on how they try to cover there deceptionI totally regret my mistake of trusting these people and cannot recommend this dealership

NO DISCLOSURE! SOLD ME A BRAND NEW CAR THAT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT!\r\n\r\nI have bought many cars over the years and this was my first Dodge experienceIf you are considering a new car from Jim Burke you may want to ask for a Car Fax! You would never think to ask for something like this on a brand new car but from what I experienced they will not tell you that the new car you are signing for has been in an accident until the next day!!!\r\n\r\nThe general manager, Cameron, was completely unprofessional! Who sales someone a brand new car and not know that it was wrecked at the same dealership?!?!\r\n\r\nWhen I wanted to get my car back I was told they had sold it alreadyWOW, it makes me think that when they said they completely forgot to disclose the fact that the car was in an accident and that they sold my car in day, that all of that is a bunch of garbage!\r\n\r\nThey knew when I was there that I wasn\'t sold on buying a new car from them and they haggled with me for 5-hours!! That is plenty of time for someone to notify me that the car had been in an accident! I personally believe that this was intentionally held from me in order to get me to buy itIt was the very last that they had which I know now why!!\r\n\r\nTo sum up, ask for a carfax from them!! I will never ever buy another dodge period!! Since my first Dodge experience was this awful I would be too scared to ever again!

Jim Burke had two 2015 Dodge Grand Caravans advertised on the internet for $21445 each. Went to Jim Burke last Friday to see them and they had 1 left according to the sales associate Matthew Franklin. Negotiated a bottom line sales price of $20445 for the van at least that is the figure that was shown to me by the salesman and I verbally agreed to. The salesman then asked how many months I would like to finance the van and showed me three selections which I thought was based on the previous agreed figure of $20445 and I chose 60 months. After signing all the paperwork and getting home with a calculator I noticed after going through the numbers that they had added $2000 back into the price of the van which was $1000 higher than the advertised internet price. Called the dealership and asked to speak with the owner and his personal assistant returned my call and was very rude and argumentative and told me I did not know simple math. She said in fact that the dealership had charged me only $18400 for the van was is $4000 less than my paperwork shows that they charged me . Go figure that one out! Jim Burke is very deceptive on how they work the numbers and on how they try to cover there deception. I totally regret my mistake of trusting these people and cannot recommend this dealership.
