Review: Installed 3 iron doors and was paid in full on 8-06-2013. Within one week's time, all 3 doors were rusting and 1 door does not fit correctly. He has been called 3 times for these issues. In addition, I called today and have not spoken to him yet.Desired Settlement: I would like the 3 doors either replaced with the product I paid for or properly fixed with the product I paid for. I definitely want the doors to fit properly and I do not want any rust issues.

[redacted] from crescent city contacted me on September 9. Screaming at me because I filed a complaint. During that conversation he had numerous excuses as to why he had not taken care of the problems. At the end of that conversation, he told me I was on the list and would call me. As of this writing, I HAVE NOT heard from him again.

Review: I signed a work order on 9/25/13, for a completion by the 1st of October. To this day my iron door hasn't been installed. I have phoned Mr. [redacted] weekly since this time either for my door or my full payment ofr $800. He either calls back with several excuses or disregards my call completely. He makes promises which he never keeps.Desired Settlement: I either want to product I purchased or my full refund.

Review: They partially completed a job back in February 2015 but never completed the work. He demanded to be paid in full to finish the job which he was. However, it's been 6 months and I never heard back from him. Gave me many excuses why he couldnt complete the work and now he doesnt return my calls.Be warned!!!!Desired Settlement: Finish the job you were paid to do.

Review: I entered into a contract with Crescent City Iron (Crescent City) for an automatic metal gate. That contract was signed on Septemeber 3, 2013. [redacted], the owner of Cresecent City wrote on the contract that the gate would be installed within 7-14 working days or sooner. The gate was finally installed on November 7, 2013. Since that time, the gate has only been operable for 1 week. I had a repair technician authorized with the company that manufactured the motor (GTO) inspect Crescent City's work. The technician said that the motor was not installed in accordance with company standards and therefore the company's warranty would be void. The technician noted the following: The motor was placed too close to the gate. Because of this the paint on the gate was worn down in numerous places and now the gate was rusting. The motor shook when in operation. The tech noted that the the installer did not use the appropriate metal plate and proper number and length of screws to secure the motor. The chain used to open and close the gate was on a slant instead of being straight across. The metal outlet that housed the electric plug of the motor was not large enough for the plug and was not secured properly to the motor therefore the plug would drag on the ground each time the gate was opened and closed. Finally the plug and metal box that housed the outlet came loose and fell from the motor. Mr. [redacted] has made numerous promises that he would repair all problems to date nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: I will accept a full and proper repair of the gate and motor with a written 5 year warranty on the gate and a written guarantee that he will repair or cause to be repaired the motor if GTO does not honor its warranty due to inpromper installation

Review: I paid for an automatic gate. It was suppose to be installed mid September 2013. It was not installed until November 2013 but there were numerous problems with the installation as it did not meet factory standards. It took months of aggrvation, pleading, calling,and texting to get the the owner to get the motor installed correctly. But since the motor was not installed properly the paint on the gate ws severely damaged and now the gate is rusting. A owner of the company keeps promising to paint the gate but all I get are reasons why he can't paint the gate. Also, he instlled a track for the gate that now creates flooding of water in my back yard. HELPDesired Settlement: Properly paint the gate, corrective action to prevent pooling of water and written 5 year warranty as to paint workmanship
