Crescent Driving School

This is the response I sent to the owner of the business after he gave me a hard time for not contacting him within enough time of scheduling appointments for the driving class services.
"I appreciate that you run a business and have a schedule that you need to follow for other appointments and students.
However, I do not feel that I need to explain specifically why I had to cancel today, I do not owe you an explanation. Be it personal, financial, or any other reason.
At the time I sent you my schedule of availability, you are correct in understanding that I needed to complete the class this week.
Secondly, I did not "insist" (another rude and derogatory term to use to describe a customer) I scheduled and made clear my needs for the class.
Claiming I have cancelled on you at "the last moment" when I sent you the email 14 hours ago, is quite frankly passive aggressive and unprofessional and not how I would expect to be treated as a potential student and customer who is paying for your services.
Your assumptions and rude language is an example of disgraceful customer service, even more shockingly since you are the owner and set the precedent for how you treat and interact with students and customers. "
Their website is very out of date and not updated, there appears to be a lack of positive reviews for any of their driving services on customer feedback sites.
I feel as though a company who is charged with giving people skills to operate vehicles should be reconsidering the way they speak to their customers, as it does not exactly inspire a huge amount of confidence about their ability to conduct business, or give the new customer any reason to feel at ease around them.
