Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 22, 2015/09/15) */ Sept 12- To Whom it May Concern, Thank you for the opportunity to defend ourselves, However we had not received any notification of this situiation untill now Sept1- Yes, we BlueEye Gro Thrift did sale Mr [redacted] a riding lawn morrower on July on that day lawn morrower was starting, because my wife had to start it for him, (he did not know how to start it) It was not caltling or smoking, he drove it up & down the drive way of the Store He came in Aug; weeks after his puirchase & told us the morrow was no good & he wanted his money back We have polices on the wall, that has been there sence we open the Store Feb 3-(Copies are enclosed.) I told him I could not give him a refund or exchance because the morrower was running, when he purchased itI didnt know what he had done to it after that day - If he had just used it once, why didn't he come in & till me before all of this? This response is full of untruths and I will try to clear them upFirst, I bought the mower July and returned to his store a few days later, not months, to tell him the battery went dead after one useI don't cut grass every day, so I bought a new battery and tried it a week laterIt started and ran ok for one cuttingNew battery died again, recharged and the smoking, etc, startedI am not stupid, I know where gas and oil goes and did not put it in wrong placesI did not say I was going to black ball all over the internetI only stated what happened on facebook and his websiteTherefore, since he is deceptive and lies, I do not accept his responseHowever I have a feeling someone as dishonest as this will never do what is correct
