Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The issues are: 1) The material provided was irrelevant, Had asked for course curriculum material, for which the trainer told he doesn't have one2) Crescent IT advised they will organised another trainer to forward material which did not happen till date3) The quality of the trainer was very very poor I can attached one of his class recordings if required, wherein to determine his English communication, even a year can speak & communicate better than the trainer4) Crescent IT was advised and aware of this but no action taken5) Course not completed yet, few more classes to goI can provide the further details if required6) I agreed to take up a training with Crescent IT when they promised they will file my H1B visa free of cost and get a job in USA,they look after my relocation, accommodation cost etc(the confirmation is in the Skype conversation as attached) 7) In order to get places Crescent IT trapped me to take up a course SAP BASIS & HANA (a total fees of $1800) 8) Latter they have asked me to pay upfront $towards filing of visa etc9) If that was the case and If, I was advised earlier I would not have agreed to [pay even a dollar, dollar, because I could organised a better trainer fraction of the cost quoted) 10) This company is misleading candidate by giving promises an hope and extract money & latter don't provide proper serviceHence I am asking for a fair go to get 50% of what I have paid so far ($300) and settle this case as earlier as possibleRegards,***

I read   response and
find out they provide the email send by [redacted] and there initial emails and phone
number ###-###-#### from where they call me many time and I never response
them.
As I mentioned in my complaint they did not response me
after the training complete. They never start the marketing.
I see they have very good record for the all conversation
from their side and they provide few emails with policy and 1 email send by Hussein
saying he called me.
It Is there policy if my email is not answer within 24 hours
I need to send email to management with subject Escalation which I send on
Dec.13 can they provide me the copy of response email they send me to resolve
that.
As they claim I never return there call they called me only
one time on Jan.13, 2014 after many attempts and I did response them back. When
I start training I clearly told them I am full time employee and I may not able
to take their call and if they leave the VM I will call them back and I did.
With this email I am providing the log of phone call placed
by me to them and transcript of their VM.
Management: If you don’t see response to your email request from our support team within 24 hours for any of your concerns, please escalate the case to the Management by forwarding the same email with short description and with subject “ESCALATION” [redacted] , then the higher management will resolve it immediately

There is simple conclusion:-
They never did the marketing they collect the money for training and then disappear. Their claim that they contact me many time and I did not response them is baseless.

3) The quality of the trainer was very very poor I can attached one of his class recordings  if required, wherein to determine his English communication, even a 5 year can speak & communicate better than the trainer.
4) Crescent IT was advised and aware of this but no action taken.
5) Course not completed yet, few more classes to go. I can provide the further details if required.
6) I agreed to take up a training with Crescent IT when they promised they will file my H1B visa free of cost and get a job in USA,they look after my relocation, accommodation cost etc.. (the confirmation is in the Skype conversation as attached)
