Review: On April 15,2015, I loaded machines #6 and #7 using eighteen quarters in each machine ; although I did as was instructed, the machine did not work. I then removed my clothes and loaded two other working machines.I filed a form available on site and called the number that was provided. After several attempts, I was finally able to voice my complaint to the man who answered my call. After assuring the man that I had left a REFUND form under the designated door, he re-iterated the proper refund procedure that was already stated on a sign in the premises. As of today, May 18th 2015, I have not received the refund yet. In addition, I left an OUT OF ORDER form on the two machines with my name attached. Several hours later, the sign was removed and the machines were currently being used; because I felt uneasy about the situation, I made a copy of the REFUND form.
