Review: Dear Revdex.com,
By way of telephone I entered into a LIFE TIME SERVICE AGREEMENT, on the Phone, On Feb. 10th.,2016.....I became very unhappy with their service(s) that were being provided.....Also, "For Me" There was and is a severe incompatibility of their verbal interpretations in their communication to me, and with me.....On Friday March 18th.,2016, I phoned Crescent Tech Support, and or called Crescent Technology and talked to the Head Tech named John, I ask for a Full Refund because I was Not Happy with their service, Not Satisfied with their service.....I indicated there is a big problem in the area of verbal communication to understand any and all words from all of their employees between myself and everyone that I talk to at their company , and John replied that my company can only give me a Partial Refund, if they would be sending me any refund at all.....I said that is unsatisfactory, I requested, and said I would expect a Full Refund, there has been NO Action taken by this company, and now it is: 04-08-16.....
I am tried of talking to them and getting the run a round, and a whole lot of double talk, their intentions and actions appear to be dishonest.....
I have in my email file a copy of my purchase invoice from the starting date of service: FEB.10th., 2016, for computer repair services, from and with Crescent Technology, that Crescent reluctantly sent to me on March 18th.2016, please let me know what Revdex.com Address I should use to mail out.......
I Am Thanking You In Advance For Any Type Of Help That You Can Assist Me With To Receive All My Money As A Return.....Desired Settlement: By way of me telephoning, I had told John the Head Tech at Crescent Tech Support LLC, on March 18th.2016, that I would reluctantly file a Negative Report with The Revdex.com if there were no action taken by Crescent Tech Support LLC to resolve the issue of my refund...I also stated to John, the amount that I paid to your company for services was $249.99 on Feb 10th.2016, AND NOW IT'S 04-08-16 and that $249.99 was for A LIFE TIME of computer repair services, A Full Refund Is In Order.
