Dear Revdex.com,I am responding to a complaint filed against Cressman Sanitation, Incon February 4, (I.D [redacted] )I was surprised to receive the notice from you since it was the first time this customer called us to complainIf this was an ongoing issue we were only made aware of it on February 4thWe have been contracted to pithe recyclables only on a weekly basis from units in this developmentThere is another company responsible for picking up the trashWe have been servicing this development for several years and have never had any complaintsOnce we received the complaint, we did send a truck out to this property to pithe trash that was left behind and our driver informed us there was nothing thereOur employees are instructed to make sure everything is picked up when dumping the recyclables into the truckRecyclables are placed at curbside in open containersThere are times when these containers are blown over by high winds or knocked over by animalsThese situations are acts of nature and we have no control over this and should not be blamed for items blown all overHowever we do have our employees piwhat flies out of the containers when they are dumping them into the truckSeveral of our customers bag their recyclables or put them in containers with lids to prevent this from happeningWe will continue to make sure we pick up what falls out of the container as it is emptied into the truck.Lou CPresident

The above complaint was filed against Cressman Sanitation, IncWe are paid to provide weekly trash pifor our customersIn the beginning of May we had out of of our trucks break down with mechanical problemsUnfortunately, we were operating with only one truck trying to pitrash for
over customersWe did run behind schedule in picking up and may have occasionally missed some customersWe recorded a message on our answer machine stating this problem, However, due to the volume of calls coming in there were times when the memory was full and they did not get the recordingWe also posted this on our face book pageIt took a few weeks before we got our trucks back in service and back on the roadDuring this time, we did all we could to get the trash picked up in a timely mannerFortunately the majority of our customers understood the situation and were patient with us during this unfortunate periodThe customer who filed this complaint did cancel service and we will be refunding her $28.00.Sincerely,Lorie C***

I am rejecting this response because,I waited on February 4th for someone to come back to pick up the recyclable trash no one came I called Cressman and was told that someone came back and at that time I advised that no one came I provided my name and number never received a call back to follow up to date If Cressman really wanted to know if the recyclables was picked up why not follow up with the customer to ensure the problem was resolved Recycable trash was left on my lawn the week before, I picked up the recyclable trash, it happened again on February 4th with no resolution when I contacted Cressman and guess what it happened again on February 11th and the trash is still at the curb today Therefore Cressman has demonstrated at total disregard for homeowners right to have a clean neighborhood and their customer service is sorely lacking since they don't even follow up with a customer when a complaint is made directly to themThree weeks of leaving recycable trash is clear to me that this company does not care about the service they provide Again I should not have to clean up behind the very people who are paid to remove garbage and to try and pass the blame is dispicableThe unfortunate part of this problem we can't even change companies some kind of monopoly here and I have to pay for this lack luster service This response is unacceptable since there is recyclable trash at the curb of my home right now

of it on February 4th. We have been contracted to pick-up the recyclables only on a weekly basis from 82 units in this development. There is another company responsible for picking up the trash. We have been servicing this development for several years and have never had any complaints. Once we received the complaint, we did send a truck out to this property to pick-up the trash that was left behind and our driver informed us there was nothing there. Our employees are instructed to make sure everything is picked up when dumping the recyclables into the truck. Recyclables are placed at curbside in open containers.
