Steve Cressey has been very helpful navigating us through transitioning to Medicare. He is educated and confident in his field. He has always responded in a timely manner to our calls and given us the direction we needed to make decisions regarding our insurance needs. He is a kind and approachable person who could be best described as a “Gentle Giant”, and who is a pleasure to work with.

First let me say I looked at the reviews and realized my review that I wrote several days ago was not listed. Steve has always been there for us. Every time we had a concern or issue Steve got back to us immediately. Weather he could handle it over the phone or needed to reach out to someone he resolved our concerns. RARE IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN TODAY! If he wasn't great at his job he would not be my insurance agent. You can take that to the bank!

Cressy Insurance & Financial Services became my Medicare agent upon relocating to this state by referral from a relative. This is a company that provides excellent service from start to finish. They respond immediately, have a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, and their follow up is complete. They are able to point out the pros and cons of a plan in a simplified manner. They are a trustworthy company with the customer’s best interests in the forefront. When a better plan became available two years later, I was notified at once. This new plan saved me about $1,000.00 plus a year as well as adding extra benefits. I would recommend Cressy Insurance & Financial Services to everyone.
