So after looking into everything, and looking at the MR NORMS car, and all the other cars, I have realized in one of the first emails you said you knew what you were looking at with our car, if thats the case you should have alerted me that there was an Error, as HPEARE NOT SUPERCHARGED! they
are forged internals ONLY! This is a Supercharged package! you were comparing this car to other supercharged cars, Like the MR NORMSs which is also just a supercharged car, no forged internals and just sold foralmost more than you bought this car forThis is clearly just a case of buyers remorseI will either send you for the issues, seeing as you still have received and excellent deal on the car, or you can ship the car down here for consignment and we will get the car sold for youYou have had all the information from Hennessy since July 8th and still chose for some reason to wait till july 15th to inform us.At the end of the day you bought a Hennesey car advertised as such, advertised with the following equipmentUpgraded Fuel InjectorsUpgraded Engine Management SystemHPE Cold Air Induction SystemStainless Steel Long Tube HeadersDual Stainless Steel 3" Cat-Back ExhaustDual Stainless Steel 3" Mid-Pipes with High Flow CatalystsPolished Stainless Steel Exhaust TipsNo where was the car stated to have to forged internalsThe car had the dash and header plaque on it when bought, which can be confirmed from the dealer we got the car from as well as many other partiesas you know from your dealing with Hennessey they seemed to not know what was going on either as their run with Chrysler was very limited.There is no reason for the car to be mis labeled as they are both equally as powerful, and both the same performanceWe stive very hard to make sure everyone is happy with their purchases, and do everything we can in our power to represent vehicles correctlyas you know we are not a domestic specialty shop, we are primarily european and can only rely on what we were told

I am rejecting this response because: anything less than a full refund is unacceptable. The vehicle is not what it was advertised.It was clearly misrepresented as it is not the specialty vehicle he represented it to be. To resolve this they can pick the vehicle up and provide  me with a full refund.
