Purchased my third Cadillac from Crest. Then a wonderful dealer. Sonic Automotive purchased about two years ago. The dealer went downhill very quickly. Needed warranty service recently, I called the dealership to find they had dropped Cadillac. No warning, no explanation. After find another dealer, they informed me that the extended warranty purchased during my last purchase was not transferable and that I should attempt a refund from Sonic. First response was no! I asked for reconciliation with someone in management and Still await a response. My next attempt will include General Motors.

Do not take your car to Crest Cadillac unless you want to be without a car for months with no explanationEvery time I called to ask for an explanation, my car was going to be ready next week and then in a few daysI would end up each time waiting again for another week until I had to call back to check inWhen finally after months I receive the call that my car is ready, I go to pick it up and have to wait over an hour to receive the carThis is the worst customer experience I've ever had, the worst because of the repeated failed commitmentsTo top off the whole experience, we get in the car and the back bummer which was not damaged in the accident is now scratched up very bad and the back rear wheel is damagedThanks Crest Cadillac!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, SERVICE CENTER ARE ALL LIARS!!!! They have had my car in the collision center for over 2 months now and still have not ordered parts, completed the things they have started and received the parts and refuse to give a loaner vehicle, or help pay for a rental. I have tried to speak with the manager and adjuster on this subject many many times and have not had any responses as to why it is taking so long. When I went into the center to speak with them, I was placated with stories of how hard the team is working on my car and how great the team is to work with. ummmm, no they are not great in my opinion!!!! My car is still not fixed after 55 days of sitting still in the shop!!!!

Told by Sean *** said no damage no accidents. Arrived to see vehicle he showed me a spot where he popped out a small dent. Damage worse than told.
I called this dealership on 11/29 about the 2016 *** they listed for sale on *** Was told by Sean the *** shows no damage no accidents. So, I drove to Nashville to see the vehicle. I noticed some paint touch up in the liftgate and asked Sean about it. He said he popped a small dent out about the size of his fist and touched up the paint. Even though the *** said no damage, he personally knew the vehicle had damage that he tried to repair. I purchased the vehicle and took it to my dealership for service. The service rep referred me to their body shop due to the fact that that damaged and repaired spot appears it will begin to peel soon due to not being repaired correctly. I took the vehicle to their body shop. *** who says that Crest did more than pop out the dent on the liftgate, they actually pushed it out with a tool which left BB sized dents which caused the paint to crack. *** also said the dent wasn't the size of a fist but rather was a large backwards L shaped dent. So, again, the dealership and Sean knew the vehicle had damage but lied to me, telling me the *** says the vehicle has never had any damage. Sean fixed damage so he personally knew it had damage. I called the dealership twice and left a message for the manager to return my call to discuss but never received a return call. I texted Sean, the sales person twice and never received a return text or call from him.

Desired Outcome

I would like the dealership, Crest Cadillac to have a body shop of my choice properly repair the damage on the lift-gate or refund me the amount *** Collision will charge to repair the damage properly so I can make an appointment with *** Collision to properly repair the damage.

I spoke to Mrs. on 2 separate occasions. The car-fax in fact shows no accidents reported. It's very common to have paint less dent repair to fix minor dents, dings and scratches removed and doesn't mean the vehicle has an accident or damage over and above normal wear and tear. However, I told Mrs. we would be glad to have our body shop look at her rear door, She didn't want to hear that. I'm willing to look at the door again and have my body shop look at her door. I'm not willing to pay her to take it elsewhere as our shop has more certifications than any other body shop in the state of Tennessee. My cell number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. SCAMMED. BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a warranty from Crest a couple of years ago. We were promised that our car would be covered for an ADDITIONAL 60,000 miles or 48 months, whichever came first. When we went to use our warranty, we were told it had expired when our car reached 60,000 miles. So we paid $1,900 for warranty that lasted us approximately 10,000 miles. We are smart shoppers and asked all the right questions. We were promised our car would be covered for an additional 60,000 miles (not up to 60,000 miles). We contacted Crest sales department and their General Manager. After being strung along for SEVERAL MONTHS, their "resolution" was to SELL US ANOTHER WARRANTY. They acknowledged the error and blamed it on the warranty company, but offered no real resolution. We are extremely dissatisfied with this gross misrepresentation and extremely poor customer service.
We gave them several opportunities and months to make this right and they failed to do so.
