Great company to work with We were affected by the tornado in Rowlett TX *** Scame out told us what needed to be done He delt with insurance with no issues Great customer service and they did what they said, when they said Would use them again without an hesitation and recommend them to anyone needing any ext or int work done

We had our whole roof replaced due to wind damage last year. Although we got several offers from different roofing companies, we finally chose Crest Exteriors, LLC. Crest Exteriors crew, especially Matt, did a very good job from filing insurance, resolving any problems during the process to installing our new roof. We're satisfied with their customer services and their products.

We did install the patio door in February and [redacted] did call in about a problem with the lock. Myself my service tech and a representative met at home adjusted the door and it worked at that time. not heard anything back from the company. we have never said we would not come out and we stand behind the product. I have called Vector to see what was said at the time of the service call.
