Harassment, Unethical Communication and Business Practices In February I contacted Crest Insurance Group to inquire about starting a commercial auto insurance policy and was put in communication with [redacted] a commercial auto agent with the company [redacted] was successful at acquiring our business and in March our policy was enforced During our time as Crest Insurance clients there were a few times I had to call and complain about incorrect billing, lack of timely communication, and inaccurate policy information, all of which have negatively effected our business The problems were not handled to our satisfaction, however, we agreed to continue doing business with Crest in spite of those issues in an effort to show good faith and loyalty and we continued uninterrupted business for almost a year In January our business was struck by a major mechanical breakdown that caused a tremendous financial setback for us and Crest's accounting department was immediately in

My husband and I had used another insurance company for our business needs for many years When he passed away years ago I had to make changes to the policy, but got nowhere with the other company I decided to contact Crest as they are within a mile of my location The agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to be sure the insurance coverage was correct for my new situation I have since purchased an additional property and once again had all my coverage needs taken care of by Crest I can't thank them enough
