Review: On March **, 2007, I went out on disability from my employer [redacted], located at [redacted] (###-###-####). I had become sick from toxic exposure during the attack on the [redacted] and suffer from both physical and mental illness from that event. With being out on Disability, I experienced loss of income and large Medical expenses. Being unable to pay my bills, I was forced to file for Bankruptcy which included my mortgage I contacted [redacted] several times to work out a Mortgage Maintenance, but they did not respond. When they did respond they refused to accept the amount I was able to pay and therefore I could not even pay the mortgage. I attempted to contact [redacted] through a Nonprofit Consumer Group. [redacted] refused to speak with them and they told me that I did not qualify for the HARP program. In August, I received a letter from [redacted] advising me of foreclosure and that I was to vacate the apartment by 9/**/13. I informed Crest Manor that I was instructed to move out by [redacted], paid Crest the $500.00 moving out fee and I moved in with family.Since that time, Crest Manor, through their management company, [redacted] has continued to send monthly maintenance bills for $711.38. It appears that at the end of each year the running total stops and then starts again with the next year. Late fees are added. At this point the 5/*/15 bill I received is $3,085.79.Desired Settlement: I want Crest Manor and [redacted] to stop sending me monthly maintenance bills for an Apartment that I haven't lived in since September 2013.
