Blass Roofing LLC, the predecessor in interest to Crest Roofing, LLC, resurfaced the roof of my house on 10/24/as part of my requirement to purchase the home I received a year materials warranty and a year workmanship warranty at closing I returned to my home on 9/12/after being absent for the summer, and discovered a roof leak I telephoned the number for Blass Roofing, and it was answered Crest Roofing by a person named *** I was told someone would be out the following week No one ever showed up Four more telephone calls and three promises to send a workman to my home followed over the next six weeks I wasted my time each time waiting for someone to show up During a phone call to their office on 11/4/2016, I again spoke to [redacted] who told me that Crest Roofing was not the successor to Blass Roofing, and that [redacted] Blass was only Crest's general contractor In fact, he is a principal of Crest Roofing, LLC, and is the Qualifying Party for its license Its license was issued 11/10/ Exactly days after the work performed on my home Crest also continues to use Blass Roofing's telephone number and email address During that conversation I explained that if they failed to honor their warranty I would have the work performed by someone else and bill them for the expense That is when I discovered [redacted] had me on a speaker phone, because a man in the back ground shouted that I would void my warranty if I did that I recapped all this to Crest in an email when I hung up In response to my email, I received a phone call from their office on 11/informing me that MrBlass "out of the goodness of his heart" would be out "next week." She defined next week as the week of 11/through 11/ Needless to say, neither MrBlass nor anyone else has been in contact since then

More than one week before an estimate could be scheduled
Employee arrived almost one hour ahead of appointment and did not provide a courtesy call to notify customer of need for a change in appointment
Assured customer that estimate would be available within hours and maybe hoursFours days later and still no response from this company
Employee did not leave any info re the name or how to contact this company
Certainly makes themselves look unreliableAlso makes the referring contractor look unreliable

I returned to my home on 9/12/2016 after being absent for the summer, and discovered a roof leak. I telephoned the number for Blass Roofing, and it was answered Crest Roofing by a person named [redacted]. I was told someone would be out the following week. No one ever showed up. Completed a new residential roof for me this past summer. Very professional and do excellent work (excellent customer service as well).

Crest Roofing went above and beyond for me when they responded for a roof leak that did damage in a closet and to some collectible contents.
