 the car was never picked up,and every time we call a man named ** says I will call you back and he never does. My bank also talked to this man named ** and he stated give him a few more days so he can have the car picked up.that was a week ago and still the car is here.left several more phone messages and no reply..

Review: On January [redacted] I received a quote #[redacted] to have my vehicle transported from Staten Island to Colorado from [redacted] called me back on January [redacted] to set up the transaction. I gave $195 deposit over the internet so that the transaction can be expedited right away. Documents were signed on line and I received a shipping invoice Order #[redacted] stating my estimated first pick-up date would be January [redacted]. The vehicle was never picked up on that day. We made numerous phone calls and were always told that "they would contact the truckers and call us back" which they never did. **l we have for contact is "Auto Transport Dispatch/Customer Service" and the phone number ###-###-####. On January [redacted] I received an email from "[redacted]" at [redacted] stating the car will be picked up on January [redacted] by EZ Load. Today is February [redacted] and the car has still not been picked up. My wife spoke to "**" at the Dispatch number who said he didn't know the vehicle had not been picked up and to give him a few days and he would locate another truck to do the transport. It is now 4 days later and still no word. Can't leave a message on the machine for "Auto Transport" because the mailbox is full. Contract clearly states that the car can be picked up within 10 business days from the original pickup date (January [redacted]). Today is February [redacted] and my car has yet to be picked up. The names on my check are [redacted] dba crest trans.....never had contact with this person or this company. There seem to be several different names, contacts, phone numbers and business names.Desired Settlement: At this point, I paid a deposit of $195 and I would like that refunded to me. I would appreciate any assistance that I can get to help me with this matter.

Review: I did business with Crest Trans (aka usauto transport and AKA Auto Trans) to transport a vehicle from Alabama to Philadelphia. I made a deposit of $195 through electronic check which was cashed by Crest Trans. They never picked up my vehicle and after 3 weeks of changing dates, and other outright lies from my contact person, I cancelled the order and went with a different company who picked up my car within one day.

In the meantime, I tried to get my $195 deposit refunded to me and I haven't been able to get ANYONE to respond from the copmpany. The only point of contact I had claimed only to be a "[redacted]" and he couldn't even give me a customer service number or the name of the people who cashed my check. I ended up having to go back to my bank to find out who cashed it.

The company did absolutley nothing but waste my time and take money from me. It's a complete and total nightmare. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use this company. If no one uses them ever again, then I will at least feel like I got some of my money back.

Happy to talk to anyone who has questions about my experience.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $195 deposit since they did absolutely nothing beyond cashing the check. The car was never picked up. The car was never even scheduled to be picked up. They never bothered to call me at any point along the line and at this point. They simply took the money and ran. The outcome I am seeking is a full refund.

Review: Had crest trans broker an auto shipment which never took place as time lapsed to transport had to cancel order and fly to get auto myself it went past their 14 business days . they told me I could expect refund check within 10 days never happened call them and they hang up on you .THEY did nothing besides post order on a free web board my order was [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund, just want these people to honor what they say they have a horrible reputation on the transport reviews rating service as being dishonest .

I can`t accept response until I receive refund as I have been told check was in the mail or would be going out next day from this business in the past and have nothing.

Review: This complaint involves contract and refund and exchange issues. I contacted [redacted] and was quoted $350 to transport my vehicle from AZ to CA. I was told by [redacted] over the phone that this fee included the broker fee of 195 plus the cost to ship tmy vehicle which all amounted to $350. This was a great deal and as a result I pressured by [redacted] into signing a contract and paying the broker fee of $195 with an e-check. After I read the agreement, I found out that I was paying $195 MORE than what I was quoted. I was going to end paying close to $600 to ship my car. I did some research on the company and found out they have a history of doing this to consumers. They hook you by promising you a low price, then when your vehicle is delivered, you end up paying a way higher amount than quoted. I decided immediately to cancel my contract with Crest Trans and placed a stop payment on the e-check I wrote, but Crest Trans still debited my bank account using a non-existent check number. They were able to do this because they had my bank account info. I have filed a fraudulent activity report with my institution and will be filing a police report unless I am reimbursed in full. This company did not perform any services for me and are not entitled to the broker fee. I cancelled their service less than 24 hours after I had made initial contact with them. The company is dishonest and has stole my money.I am seeking your assistance to recover my lost funds. The company does ALL their business through internet referrals. However, their website shows a physical address. Thank you for your assistance and look forward to hearing from you.Desired Settlement: Refund $195 debited from my account without my consent.

The customer is lying to the extent that he signed a contract and was fully aware that the check given to us would be deposited immediately, he knew that the 195.00 represented the broker fee, as it was displayed very clearly in the signed contract. When he called to cancel, he said that he had stopped the check, which was fine, we in turn cancelled the order. Why this guy is lying no one will ever know, other than the bank would never stop a check, without an explanation, and he chose to say unauthorized.

All of his statements are lies and he knows it, this is only to try and recover his deposit, which no one wants if we have not done the move. We have been notified by our bank of the chargeback, which is for a phony reason.

I have proof of my statements. The rate I was given is in writing to transport my vehicle was completely different than the contract I was pressured into signing. The company has a history of doing this kind of shady business, hooking consumers by promising a low price and when their vehicle is delivered forcing the consumer to pay a much higher price than agreed. I can provide documentation of the above and proof of other customers who were in my similar situation.

Review: We needed to ship or car from NY to IL due to a road accident, first time trying to do so and very inexperienced. I received a million quotes with all kinds of prices. The low price should have been the first red flag plus the pressure of [redacted] to sign documents and send them at $195 deposit. We were so eager to leave all the stress behind us that I sign an E- Contract and paid with an Echeck. With a funny feeling in my stomach I started researching reviews of this company and found out they do this to all their customers, take their money for deposit and then the car never gets picked up or they charge you way more than the quote and hold your car if you don't pay what they want. I panicked and cancelled the order immediately. I contacted my bank to stop the transaction but it was too late, they took the deposit right away. I found out that there is nothing you can do to dispute this transaction with your bank because you give these thieves your bank account information willingly. I had to close my bank account because it was compromised. Later I spoke with [redacted] and ** who assured me my deposit was going to be returned to me since the car never was loaded into the carrier. Yeah, it has been 2 weeks and nobody has returned my calls or emails. They simply stole the money for no reason.Desired Settlement: I paid $195 for a service that was never performed. I cancelled within the contract guide lines. I want my $195 back. I have filed multiples consumer reports and I hope it saves people from dealing with this company.
