The patient was originally seen at our River Point Dental Group receiving dentures and being advised that he would not be happy with lower dentures due to needing implants to retain the dentures. Patient contacted office, harassed staff, threatened law suits unless we gave him free implants. I...

contacted patient and offerred a second opinion at Crestline dental. They remade his lower denture at no charge, but note he would need two implants lower to stabalize denture. [redacted] again has called and harassed staff, threatening them to remake denture again despite recommendations from two different doctors and review by third implants are required for level of comfort requested. I offerred a 3rd exam with prothesdontist and [redacted] noted he would call me this week with availability. He called this morning yelling at me saying were,"jerking him around". We have remade dentures and offerred solution but he cannot maintain control with team.

I might be able to accept, however it sounds like the respondant was sitting at a desk, making up car analogies. My own is that well made cars last except when entrusted to poor mechanics. I'd wager I've owned more autos so I'll stand by the well made cars idea I in fact pointed out in the FIRST communique. Also, the person sitting at the desk and not present at any time (wouldn't it be interesting to hear from them) still does NOT address the poor communication and refusal of service which I might actually take up with the AMA or its contemporary.   Complaint: [redacted]
