No one likes a debt collector call, but this was pretty roughToday I received my first call from CK, attempting to collect a small debt I owed from ten plus years agoI got the call while at work, and called back to settle the matter within minutesThe man who helped was very kindNow here is where the complaint startsAfter settling, I received phone calls from my husband, sister in law, and mother in law whom had all received calls on their personal phones about my debt and that I "could consider myself served"I'm not sure how they have the right to disclose personal information of mine to my in laws, when this was the first I had even heard of the issueThis is beyond embarrassing and harassmentI'm very unhappy, and will be filing multiple complaints
collection agency refused to supply validation of the debt, and accepted payments I made a good faith effort to pay , but when I requested validation of the debt , they refused to forward the information to meI refused to submit any further paymentsNow it is and I get a call from "director mrespinoza" again with the same claim # , I called and spoke to mrgonzalez, who was rude, I advised him I made payments and requested validation of the debt - no to avail,that I was consulting an attorney, he perceived my assertiveness as "snarky" , and hung up the phone telling me they would file a judgement

John and Ethan with Crestline Kaptial keeps calling my work number which is not a direct line to me telling my coworkers that I have an out standing debt and that they are going to have me served They are harassing me to give my credit card information over the phoneThey say I owe money on a gap credit card I don't have and that doesn't show up on my credit report showing any outstanding debt I had it checkedThey are also calling my Dad at work and harassing him and threatening himThey have stated they was at my house to serve me paperwork I have check with the local sheriff's office and they have nothing to serve meThe case number they are giving out is XXXXXXXXI am very familiar with HIPPA and they have violated it by giving out my personal information to my coworkersI do not want to be harassed at my job I am going to get fired because we are not supposed to get incoming calls and I stated that to John and they keep calling
