We are sorry Mr [redacted] has had the issues he spoke of We have offered to correct each and every time however time to his event did not allow We replaced the mugs as quickly as possible We were unaware that the shirts had an issue but his communicated to us that the shirts were great so we had no idea The gloves were disappointing and in hindsight we have since learned that the very small copy was unreadable once the gloves were worn by a larger hand and stretched (not acceptable)We have since offered to redo them or credit them He suggested a credit on the gloves and asked for T shirts for his even t which we had offered to do but ultimately have not had the opportunity to do We also offered to credit him in full as long as he sent the gloves back and paid the other outstanding invoices He has yet to respond to this offer either (full discloder is that I had responded to him personally via e-mail on 2/3/the same day he sent an email)Upon trying to reorder the gloves the supplier was out of his color so we offered red which he declined Our e-mail trail with him was as follows.Jan Hello ***,I am truly sorry about this inconvenience I do not want you to be without something for your event so I have reached out to your sales rep, ***, regarding this situation [redacted] will contact you to discuss an alternative item for the event and I will credit you in full for this order Is it okay to proceed that way?Jan Hello ***,I spoke with [redacted] and she will help you locate a t-shirt as an alternative item I have processed the credit for this order under credit memo # [redacted] for the amount of $ You can expect to see your Crestline credit memo within the next 7-business days.Please, for the time being hold onto the gloves as my production partner may request they be picked up for quality inspection due to the damage some of the gloves have Once I am able to confirm with them how they wish to proceed I will let you know.Jan Mr [redacted] stated via email that the other items were perfectJan I am unable to help you with an order for t-shirts as it’s a new item [redacted] is the best person to speak with regarding t-shirts as she has much more knowledge of the product than I do If that many gloves have holes and loose threads my production partner will definitely want to see the order for inspection I am going to have my shipping department issue call tags so we can get those picked up quickly and returned Can I use the shipping address of: XXX, XXXXXX as the piaddress?No response until Feb so we e-mailed againI know we spoke last week regarding the return of the gloves from the above mentioned order You advised they would be ready for pisometime this week so I wanted to follto find out which day works best for you Also, can you please confirm the pilocation for me.Feb Mr [redacted] sent us an e-mail stating that he would speak with legal councilFeb I replied to this e-mail that we were still willing to give him a full credit.I do not blame Mr [redacted] for being unhappy We had let him down with bad gloves however I feel we did everything in our power to make it right once we discovered the issue
