We spoke to customer several times to try to rectify this matterIt was explained to the customer that she could bring in cash or money order for amount and we would refund the credit cardShe said she would do that and has never come in to handle the matterHer boyfriend has called more than times in one day harassing our personnel and a complaint was made to the [redacted]

We have spoken to the customer on multiple dates, she has previously stated that she would send someone in with the payment, she has never kept her promiseShe is currently delinquent and in July alone has told us numerous times that she would pay her rent, she has not done thisWe will follow necessary steps to auction unit as needed. As for previous payment made, she spoke to us and we explained that based on discussion with her we were charging her account to avoid auction, when she called to challenge payment we said we would reverse the payment when she provided another form of payment(cash or money order) (money order can be mailed from anywhere in the country)She told us she would do that and she never kept her promiseI will extend the period of time to send in a valid money order for the amount and reverse the credit card payment only if valid form of payment is received and cashed - until August 31,
